Data Collection

We collect your personal data, such as your last name, first name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, as well as technical data (IP address, browser data), exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling your orders, ensuring communication, delivering goods, and improving the website's operation. Data collection is based on your consent provided during the checkout process, as well as on the necessity of performing the contract between you and us and complying with current legislation.

 

Security and Storage

Advanced SSL/TLS encryption technology is used to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information. This guarantees that all data you enter is transmitted in an encrypted form. Your data is stored electronically on the secure servers of our technical platform for the period necessary to provide services, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction, or until you withdraw your consent.

Protection of Payment Details

We adhere to high security standards and strictly do not store or process your payment card details. All financial transactions are carried out exclusively through certified payment systems, such as Portmone and PayPal, integrated into our platform. You enter your card details directly on their secure payment pages, which are PCI DSS certified.

Transfer to Third Parties

We may transfer your data to third parties only in cases necessary for the provision of services. This includes the transfer of data to payment systems for conducting transactions, to delivery services for organizing the shipment of orders, and, upon legal requirement, to state authorities. All partners are obliged to comply with this Policy and ensure the protection of your information.

Your Rights and Withdrawal of Consent

You, as the data subject, have the right to know about the sources of collection, the purpose of processing, and also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by sending a request to Customer Service or to the email address: info@vasylbrovchenko.com. Upon receipt of the request, your data will be deleted from our databases within 30 working days, unless further storage is required by law.

Currency

All payments and refunds are processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). On the product page, you may convert UAH to US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) to determine the equivalent cost in a foreign currency convenient for you. It is possible to pay for the goods in any world currency through the payment systems listed below. Funds will be charged from credit cards in UAH. The final price will be calculated using the exchange rate valid on the day the transaction is processed by the credit card issuer.

 

Credit or Debit Card Payment

When placing an order online, credit card data is transmitted to the secure online banking system Portmone — the first company in Ukraine to pass the international PCI DSS security audit and receive the relevant certificate from SRC. PayPal Payment

Customers who choose to pay for their order with PayPal will be automatically redirected to the payment system's website to complete the purchase.

 

Pre-Order

Order Processing and Confirmation

We will only ship your order after all payment and shipping details have been successfully confirmed. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed directly on the checkout page once you have selected your shipping address. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Delivery and Tracking Service

All shipments are made by the international delivery service NOVA GLOBAL. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing delivery details and a tracking number. You can always check the status of your shipment by visiting the carrier's website at https://novaposhtaglobal.ua and entering your tracking number.

 

Delivery Terms

Delivery is made to the address specified in your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 6 days

  • USA: 12 days

  • Other countries: 13 days

 

Important Notes

Any delivery date or time given by us is an estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of delays in delivery. All goods are insured against theft and accidental damage in transit. Once your goods have been delivered and the delivery documents have been signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance policy.

Local Fees and Duties

The base price of the product includes all sales taxes, including VAT. However, additional taxes, duties, and import fees may be charged upon delivery, which vary by country and are not covered by the order price. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Non-payment of Fees

If these payments are not made at the time of delivery, the goods will not pass customs clearance, or, if the goods are not collected for any other reason, they will be sent back to VASYL BROVCHENKO or destroyed, depending on local legislation.

 

Refund Deduction Terms

Any costs incurred in connection with the return of import duties will be deducted from the refund amount. In cases where the parcel was destroyed or lost after being sent back to VASYL BROVCHENKO, no refund will be made.

 

Customs Agent Services

If a customs agent is required for customs clearance of a parcel, the costs of his services are borne solely by the client and are not refundable.

Terms of Acceptance of Returns

We are happy to accept requests for exchanges or refunds within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product. To initiate the exchange or return process, the customer must contact Customer Service by sending an email to info@vasylbrovchenko.com or by filling out the contact form on the website. The request must include the order number, reason for return or request for exchange of the product. Please strictly follow the instructions provided by Customer Service when sending the return to avoid any discrepancies.

 

Returned Goods Status

Returned items must be sent back in the original packaging along with all materials received with the item. The item must not be used, damaged, worn or altered. The original packaging VASYL BROVCHENKO cannot be used as the outer shipping box. If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

 

Exchange and Return Conditions

Size or model exchanges are only possible if the requested item is available. An item can only be exchanged once. When making an exchange or return, shipping, import and customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the final refund amount and are not subject to compensation.


Refund Process

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received at our warehouse. We do not compensate for any currency fluctuations during the refund period. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Preventing Damage

Avoid contact with water, oil-based products, perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol and any other liquids. Protect shoes from prolonged exposure to light, direct heat and excessive humidity as these factors can damage the materials and cause discoloration. Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces.

 

If Your Shoes Get Wet

If your shoes get wet, immediately fill them with absorbent paper towels or newspaper to remove moisture. Let them dry naturally at room temperature.

 

Dirt and Stain Removal

Do not use ordinary cleaning products such as soap, chemical stain removers or solvents to remove dirt or stains. Use only specialized cleaning products recommended for your specific material.

 

Storage and Use

Always use a shoe horn when putting on shoes. Insert shoe inserts when storing to help maintain the original shape. Apply a protective spray or conditioner regularly. Never machine wash.
